Thank you to every guest who joined us for our limited otter encounter, it was one of the sweetest afternoons we've had at the farm.

This one meant a little extra to us. We got to help celebrate a birthday during the encounter, and there's nothing quite like watching a room full of kids and parents fall in love with an otter wearing a tiny party hat. From the first curious peek over the edge of the tub to the gentle high-fives at the end, every guest brought the kind of kindness and excitement that makes these encounters so special.

Otter encounters are limited by nature. Otters are playful, social, and a little mischievous, so we only offer this experience in small groups and on select dates to keep things calm and comfortable for them. That's part of what makes it feel so intimate when you do get a spot: it's just your group, a curious otter, and a memory that sticks around long after the visit ends.

There's a moment that happens almost every visit. A kid walks in glued to a screen, and within five minutes, the phone is forgotten in a pocket because a pony just nudged their hand looking for a brush.

That's the whole idea behind The Fluffy Cow Cafe. In a world where so much of childhood, and adulthood, happens through a screen, we wanted to build a place where the fun is real, hands-on, and impossible to scroll past.

Here's what a visit actually looks like: brushing the ponies and slowing down to learn what it feels like to care for an animal one stroke at a time, meeting the Highland cows up close, feeding friendly animals by hand, and making memories together that your family actually talks about at dinner for weeks.

Highland calves are famous for that shaggy, wide-eyed look, and honestly, photos don't do it justice. There's something about standing a few feet away from all that fluff, watching those ears twitch and that nose sniff curiously in your direction, that hits differently than any picture on a screen.

Of course, the cuteness doesn't stop at Highland cows. During your visit, you'll also get to meet alpacas with their signature just-got-a-haircut expressions, goats who are always up for a scratch behind the ears, ponies happy to pose for a photo, and plenty of other farm favorites along the way.

Every encounter is hands-on, which means real photo-worthy moments, real memories, and yes, a very real risk of spontaneous smiling.

Forget everything you thought you knew about a spa day. Ours involves flower crowns, colorful bows, and a pony who is, without question, more accessorized than most influencers.

Every so often, our team goes all out styling the herd, and the results are exactly as adorable as you'd expect. Braided manes, tiny bows tucked behind the ears, the occasional pastel hair extension, our ponies take it all in stride like they were born for the runway.
